The LVHN (Lehigh Valley Health Network) Blue Zones Project kickoff event at the PPL Center in Allentown was a community event aimed at launching the project in Allentown and making the Lehigh Valley a healthier place to live. The event provided opportunities to learn about local resources and programs, explore the Blue Zones Power 9 principles, and participate in activities promoting healthy eating and movement.
We had the privilege of participating in NFI’s very first Wellness Fair, an event dedicated to promoting mental, physical, and financial well-being among their employees. We were honored to provide all the lunches through Fit Food Prep and truly enjoyed connecting with so many kind, caring, and supportive individuals throughout the day.
We were honored to be invited by NFI to cater and host a table at the She Drives Event, which focused on breast cancer and health awareness.
The event featured raffles, giveaways, the Lehigh Valley Mammogram Bus, and representatives from Medicare and the Hispanic Center. All donations raised went to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.
I had the incredible opportunity to be a part of the Empower Her annual summit!
We heard from two amazing keynote speakers who shared powerful stories of overcoming hardship and trusting the journey — both are now thriving in careers they were truly meant for.
I was also honored to be part of a panel where we had an inspiring conversation about everything from life to growing a business.
Huge thank you to Angie for inviting me to be part of such a meaningful event!
Throughout November, 10% of our proceeds each week will be donated to local organizations that provide hope to those in need.
Every order you place helps us nourish hearts and homes across the Lehigh Valley. Let’s make this season a little warmer — together.

At Meals on Wheels of the Greater Lehigh Valley, we provide homebound senior citizens and adults with disabilities with home-delivered meals, grocery shopping and other services. Most importantly, we provide them with the kindness and respect they deserve.
