I started Fit Food Prep with a passion for my own health, wellness, & weight loss. While learning & growing in my own weight loss/fitness, I found that having my meals prepared at all times was most important for success.
I spent years understanding, researching, and exploring the affects food has on your health, physical appearance mood, and emotional wellness as well as your overall mental health.
Through this process i lost nearly 100lbs and gained a strong understanding of the process and importance of nutrition.
Whether its a new recipe, climbing a mountain, doing a 13 mile mudder hours before meal prep starts, adding new clients after we already started cooking for the day, my main helper never lets me down and always rises to challenge with the brightest smile.
I started my weight loss journey in 2015; however, it was not until 2016 when I started to try and find my way in fitness. It was with the help of Full Circle Training and the all the amazing people I met along the way that I found home & love for fitness.
